In-Store Orders – Ameliia Bea
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure all made-to-order gowns. The remaining balance is payable once the gown arrives in store and before it is collected.
If a gown is purchased directly from our boutique collection to take home on the same day, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Placed Orders
Once your order has been placed with the supplier, it becomes legally binding and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. This applies to all made-to-order gowns and special orders.
Sale Dresses
All sale dresses are sold as seen and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check the condition of the gown for any wear, marks, or imperfections at the time of purchase.
Faults & Issues
If there is a manufacturing fault with a gown, this must be reported within 48 hours of collection. We will assess the issue and liaise with the supplier where applicable. This does not include general wear, alterations, or damage caused after collection.
Alterations
Alterations are charged separately and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
